What we collect and why

• Orders: your name, email, optional phone number, the items you chose, and order totals, so we can process and support your order.
• The Glow List: your first name, email, the date you joined, and where you signed up, so we can send the emails you asked for.
• Contact messages: your name, email, subject, and message, so Glam can reply to you.
• Spam protection: a scrambled, non-reversible version of your network address, kept briefly to block abuse.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe inside a secure Stripe form on our checkout page. Stripe collects your card details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card number.

We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the services that run this store (website hosting and database, Stripe for payments, and our email provider) and only so they can do that job.

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage to keep your cart and make the site work. See our Cookie Policy.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed for customer support, accounting, and tax purposes. Glow List details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Contact messages are kept for up to two years.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link in any email. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing glamorousgrammyglowup@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
